Our Mission is to provide the safest and

training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility training.

muscle strength and improve overall body conditioning. Our

We design programs to assist our clients achieve optimum
weight. Our programs promote healthy weight gain or loss
and fat reduction. We offer nutritional counseling and refer
clients to specialists for effective eating plans if necessary.
Our group strength training class combines the fun and calorie-burning
of acrobics with the toning efefects of weight training
in a fun, safe enviroment. No initiation fee, no membership,
no long-term contracts.
We offer a variety of programs for clients who are suffering
or recovering from many common ailments and surgeries, such
as:
- low back pain
- carpal tunnel syndrome
- reconstructive knee surgery
- damage to the shoulder joint
- hip reconstruction and pain
We custom-design programs for our clients with special needs.
To name a few, these include programs for diabetics, functional
living activities, and exercises for clients with hypertension.
